However Solace WILL prevent shattered along with everything else. Im tired with catmen faces in skyrim, especially my characters face and Im. It protects you against psionic states, and as far as I remember shattered is a negative state you gain from overexhausting your soldiers by sortieing them while really tired. The best way to deal with tired soldiers is to just let them rest.
